I'm Andreu Ortiz. I work with executives and teams making complex decisions at a time when AI, constant change and human pressure converge.
01 · Background
Three disciplines that rarely cross paths.
I've spent more than ten years at Xpand International, a leadership development consultancy, supporting leaders through executive-level transformations, teams in conflict and high-potential professionals ready to step up. Over 1,500 hours of executive coaching and more than 15 years as a trainer at national and international level.
In parallel, I'm an associate professor at EADA Business School and professor of Conflict Management at EAE. That academic side keeps me rigorous: you can't teach what you haven't worked through deeply.
For the past three years I've gone deep into applied artificial intelligence: Google AI Professional Certificate, Ethical AI from the University of Cambridge, IBM's GenAI for Executives. Not as a spectator, but applying it weekly in real coaching and program design.
What I do differently is combine those three things in the same conversation. The client doesn't need a coach, a professor and a technologist on separate calendars. They need someone who can move between the three lenses in the same session.
