02 · The argument
AI has removed the frictions that used to regulate your reactive stage.

What I'm usually asked.
- How is this different from your classic 6-month 1:1 program?
- The classic program works on the general evolution of leadership with Leadership Circle 360° as the central instrument, across four phases over 6 months. This program is more focal: 12 weeks, no 360°, applied specifically to the context in which you're deploying AI and designing agents right now. Different problem, different duration, different instrument.
- Why Leadership Circle here without a 360° instrument?
- Because the problem we address isn't 'evaluate your leadership in general' but 'read your stage in the concrete act of deploying AI'. The conceptual framework of Leadership Circle — reactive, creative, integrative stages — remains the anchor. The 360° instrument adds value in a long general-development program; here, in 12 focal weeks, the work is on real artifacts: prompts, agents, systems and decisions you're making this week.
- What happens if there's no fit after the AI Diagnostic?
- You have 48 hours after the session to step out at no cost. If you decide not to continue, there's no invoice. If you continue, the €400 from the AI Diagnostic is fully deducted from the program price.
- Can I combine this program with the 6-month one later?
- Yes. Some clients start here to resolve the urgency of the current deployment and, once stabilized, open a classic 6-month program to work on broader evolution with Leadership Circle 360°. We'll discuss it when it makes sense, not as an automatic upsell.
