Executive Evolution
Model™
A 4-phase journey — anchored in the Leadership Circle Profile™ — designed for executives who need to extend their impact without losing operational focus.
01 · Who it's for
Executives at a decisive moment.
- You've just stepped into a bigger role and need to calibrate your leadership in the first 90–180 days.
- You've been in the role for a while but the challenges have changed: bigger teams, more complexity, more public exposure.
- You're weighing a decision that affects your career or the organization and need to think it through with someone who has no agenda on the outcome.
- You want to work on your leadership with measurable instruments, not motivational quotes.
The why
The premise
The complexity of the role grows faster than the complexity of the leader.
That gap is invisible — and is the real cause of executive stagnation.
The work
Close the distance between who you are today and who the role requires you to become.
From the Socialized stage to Self-Authoring, and from Self-Authoring to Self-Transforming. Evolution of consciousness, not of competencies.
02 · The journey
Four phases. From clarity to multiplication.
An orderly process, not a collection of sessions. Each phase has a guiding question and an editorial focus. Phase 01 is always anchored in the Leadership Circle Profile™ as the central diagnostic instrument.

03 · The phases in detail
What we do in each phase and what you take away.
Clarity
Where are you today and what does the role actually require of you?
- Leadership Circle Profile™ as the central diagnostic instrument.
- Reading the gap between the complexity of the role and your current stage of consciousness.
- Patterns under pressure, blind spots and management of internal state.
- Explicit starting map for the following phases.
Central instrument · Leadership Circle Profile™
The LCP makes the gap visible.
It doesn't measure competencies. It measures stage of consciousness: the distance between the complexity your role requires and the complexity you operate from today. That gap is the real cause of executive stagnation.
- Awareness
- What are you aware of when you lead?
- Impact
- What impact do you generate in each context?
- Adaptability
- Do you evolve at the pace the business requires?
Decision
Who do you need to become?
- Definition of future leadership identity.
- Non-negotiable personal standards.
- Strategic priorities and key behaviors to transform.
- Explicit commitment to accountability.
Action
How does change become visible?
- Behavioral experiments with real stakeholders.
- Targeted feedforward and structured check-ins.
- Biweekly review and adjustments in motion.
- From conscious effort to automated behavior.
Multiplication
How does your impact scale beyond you?
- Development of the direct team.
- Transversal influence in the organization.
- Sustained high-performance culture.
- Leadership that multiplies without depending on you.

Testimonials
“I had the opportunity to work with Andreu as my coach while he was at Ezra. He has an uncanny ability to cut through layers of arguments very quickly and drill down to the core of a problem, lay it out for you, and find the options. It made the sessions I got to spend with him very fruitful and brought clarity in challenging times. A recommended coach!”
07 · Frequently asked questions
What I'm usually asked.
- When does it make sense to start?
- When there's a real decision on the table or a change that requires recalibrating leadership. It doesn't make sense to start 'just in case'; it does when there's something concrete you want to work on.
- How is it different from standard executive coaching?
- In three things: the Leadership Circle Profile™ as the central diagnostic instrument, an editorial four-phase process that evolves the stage of consciousness (not just competencies), and the integration of the AI dimension in strategic decisions, not as a cosmetic add-on.
- Why a 4-phase journey and not single sessions?
- Because leadership change in a C-level role is sequential: without clarity there's no real decision; without decision there's no action that sustains; without action there's no multiplication. Each phase prepares the next and works on the gap the LCP makes visible at the start.
- Do you work in English?
- Yes. Program available in Spanish, English and Catalan. I adapt materials and assessments to the client's language.
- Do you guarantee confidentiality if the company pays?
- Yes. What's worked on in session doesn't leave the session. If there's a company sponsor, we agree upfront what gets reported (general objectives and progress) and what doesn't (specific content).
Next step
The next level of your leadership starts with a decision.
A confidential 30-minute conversation. We look at your situation and decide together whether the Executive Evolution Model™ is the most direct path.
