A group of peers you can call after the retreat when you need an honest second opinion.
- 03
A personal review system you can keep after returning to routine without it becoming another task.
- 04
A body and mind a bit more in order — not the main goal, but it happens.
04 · Frequently asked questions
What I'm usually asked.
- Do you need to be fit to do it?
- You need to be able to walk 15-25 km a day for a week. It's not athletically demanding, but it does require basic preparation. If in doubt, we'll talk before confirming.
- Which section of the Camino is walked?
- I mainly work with sections of the Camino Francés in Galicia (the last 100-120 km before Santiago). The exact section varies each edition according to the group and the time of year.
- Is it a religious or spiritual retreat?
- No. The Camino provides the frame — silence, nature, steady pace — but the work is professional coaching. Any belief or none is welcome.
- Can my company pay for it?
- Yes. I issue an invoice to the company and provide documentation to present it as executive development. Some clients have included it in their annual training plan.
